Chhencheda

Chhencheda is an Odia non-vegetarian dish made with crushed fish heads along with vegetables. The main ingredients are fish (generally Rohu, Bhakura or Mirikali) head and vegetables like eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, ridge gourd (called Janhi in Odia), onions, etc.
