Starý Hrozenkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.83 square kilometres (4.18 sq mi), and has a population of 886 (as at 25 February 2008).
Starý Hrozenkov lies approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) east of Uherské Hradiště, 34 km (21 mi) south-east of Zlín, and 279 km (173 mi) south-east of Prague.
