Senior Whip of the National Party

The New Zealand National Party's Senior Whip administers the “whipping in” system that tries to ensure that party MPs attend and vote according to the party leadership's wishes.

The party's current senior whip is Jami-Lee Ross, who sits for the Botany electorate, elected May 2017.[1] The junior whip is Barbara Kuriger (MP for Taranaki-King Country) and third whip is Tim van de Molen (MP for Waikato).
