MLS Cup 2018 will be the 23rd edition of MLS Cup, the championship match of Major League Soccer (MLS), and is scheduled to be contested on December 8, 2018. It will be the final match of the 2018 MLS Cup Playoffs and is planned to be hosted by the finalist club with highest regular season finish.

The defending MLS Cup champions are Toronto FC, who won the title in 2017 against Seattle Sounders FC.[1] Toronto FC failed to qualify for the 2018 playoffs.[2]

Broadcasting

The MLS Cup final will be broadcast in English by FOX in the United States and TSN in Canada. UniMás and Univision Deportes will carry the Spanish broadcast in the United States, while TVA Sports will carry the French broadcast in Canada.[3]
