Line 14 (simplified Chinese: 十四号线; traditional Chinese: 十四號線; pinyin: Shísì Hàoxiàn; Jyutping: Sap6 Si3 Hou6 Sin3), of the Shenzhen Metro is an express rapid transit line under construction in Shenzhen and its nearby city Huizhou.[1][2] It runs southwest–northeast from Gangxia North in Futian District, Shenzhen to Xinqiao in Huiyang District, Huizhou.[3][4] The line is proposed to use automatic train operation using high capacity 8 car type A trains.[5]
