DZAD-TV is a commercial television station owned by ABS-CBN Corporation, serving as the network's main regional hub for the Southern Tagalog market. Its studios are located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, 2nd floor Seasons Mall, Laurel Highway, Tambo, Lipa, Batangas. The station's transmitter is located along Mt. Banoy in the province of Batangas. Due to tropospheric propagation within the same frequency, it interferes with the signal of DWGD-TV channel 10 (a television station of GMA Network, Inc.) in Dagupan City.
