DWIN-TV is a commercial television station owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. Its studio and transmitter is located at ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Brgy. Lara, San Fernando, Pampanga. It can be seen also in some parts of Metro Manila and Antipolo City via weak signal.
Since July 2018, the station downgraded to a relay station of flagship DWWX-TV channel 2 in Manila, but retains local advertising and short news bulletin opt-outs throughout the day.
