The 1962–63 Iraqi Central Cup Championship was the 7th season of the Iraqi Central League (the top division of football in central Iraq (i.e. the capital city of Baghdad) from 1956 to 1974). Madrasa Al-Shorta won the first league title in the history of Al-Shorta.[1]
Name changes
- Montakhab Al-Shorta renamed to Madrasa Al-Shorta.
