New York's 41st State Senate district is one of 63 districts in the New York State Senate. It has been represented by Republican Senator Sue Serino since her 2014 defeat of incumbent Democratic Senator Terry Gipson.

Geography
District 41 is located in the Hudson Valley, incorporating almost all of Dutchess County, including the city and town of Poughkeepsie, and the western half of Putnam County.[3]
The district overlaps with U.S. congressional districts 18 and 19, and with New York State Assembly districts 94, 95, 103, 104, 105, and 106.[4]
