Murături

Murături (Romanian for pickles) are vegetables or fruit pickled in brine or vinegar, as found in the cuisines of Romania and Moldova.[1][2][3] The pickles are ordinarily made of locally grown foodstuffs such as beetroot, cucumber, green tomatoes (Romanian: gogonele), carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, melons, mushrooms, turnips, celery and cauliflower.[4]
