Hasbullah Osman

Hasbullah bin Osman (Jawi: داتوق حسب الله بن عثمان; is a Malaysian politician. He servers in the government as Chairman of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB).[1]

In this Malay name, the name Osman is a patronymic, not a family name, and the person should be referred to by the given name, Hasbullah. The Arabic-derived word "bin" or "binti"/"binte", if used, means 'son of' or 'daughter of', respectively.
