2020–21 Macedonian First Football League

The 2020–21 Macedonian First League will be the 29th season of the Macedonian First Football League, the highest football league of North Macedonia. The date of the beginning of the season will be determined as a dependence of circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic in North Macedonia. Vardar are the defending champions, having won their eleventh title in 2019–20.
