Sophida Kanchanarin (Thai: โศภิดา กาญจนรินทร์), nickname Ning (Thai: นิ้ง) (born 1 April 1995 in Bangkok) is a Thai beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Universe Thailand 2018 and will also represent her country at Miss Universe 2018 pageant.
Early life
Kanchanarin was born in Bangkok, and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada magna cum laude with a degree in finance. She works as an investment banker at TMB Bank.
Pageantry
Miss Universe Thailand 2018
Kanchanarin won the Miss Universe Thailand 2018 titleholder on Saturday 30 June 2018 at Royal Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon, replacing outgoing Maria Poonlertlarp Miss Universe Thailand 2017. Sophida will receive a cash prize 1,000,000฿ (one million baht), Peacock Crown and jewelry set from Beauty Gems, the new Honda Civic Hatchback Turbo RS cars and other prizes.[1]

Kanchanarin will represent Thailand at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant as the host delegate.
