Rajesh Naranbhai Chudasama is the member of the Parliament. He was elected from Mangrol in Junagadh district as a candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He has won the 2014 Lok Sabha election from Junagadh (Lok Sabha constituency).[1]

Biography

Rajesh Chudasama (born 10 April 1982) is Member of Parliament from Junagadh-Gir Somnath, Gujarat (Lok Sabha). Formerly, Mr. Rajesh Chudasama was Member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly (MLA). He was elected from Mangrol in Junagadh District as a candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2012.He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and won the Indian general elections, 2014 from Junagadh Lok Sabha constituency, with a victory margin of over 1,35,832 votes.

At 32 years of age, Mangrol MLA Rajesh Chudasama was the youngest contestant from the state in the Lok Sabha elections. In Chudasama's selection, it is for the first time that the BJP has given a LS ticket to a Koli, the dominant community in the twin districts of Junagadh and GirSomnath.

Chudasama's uncle Hira Chudasama has served for more than three decades as the president of Chorwad municipality before he completed his latest tenure a year ago.

Rajesh, who holds a bachelor degree in commerce, had defeated Chandrika Chudasama in the 2012 elections to wrest away the seat from Congress. Also had defeated PunjaVainsh in 2014 Indian general elections(16th LokSabha) of Junagadh LokSabha Constituency. He runs Monghiben Ramabhai Charitable Trust and Shree Laxminarayan Education & Charitable trust in the area and is known for his accessibility, The family is in the business of exporting seafood products

In December 2012, Rajesh Chudasama was elected as a member of the Gujarat legislative assembly representing mangrol in Junagadh District. In May 2014, He has won the Indian generalelections(16th LokSabha) 2014 from JunagadhLokSabha constituency, with a victory margin of over 1,35,832 votes.
