Peter C. Schwartzkopf is the Speaker of the Delaware House of Representatives. He is a Democrat, and has represented the 14th district (Rehoboth Beach) since 2003.[1][2][3]

Schwartzkopf is a member of the Ethics Committee, House Administration Committee, House Rules Committee, and is vice chair of the Legislative Council.[4]
