Opatov is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 29.73 square kilometres (11.48 sq mi), and has a population of 1,144 (as at 28 August 2006).
Opatov lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Svitavy, 57 km (35 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 152 km (94 mi) east of Prague.
