Newfoundland and Labrador Route 40 is a highway extending through the town of Portugal Cove-St. Philips in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. From west to east, it is called Tucker's Hill Road, Beachy Cove Road and Portugal Cove Road. The highways starts near St. John's International Airport[1] and ends at the Bell Island ferry terminal.[2]
