Mancherial District Revenue divisions

Mancherial district is a district located in the northern region of the Indian state of Telangana.[2][3] It was a part of the Adilabad district prior to the re-organisation of districts in the state. Mancherial District is carved out of erstwhile Adilabad District. It is surrounded by Asifabad (Kumaram Bheem), Adilabad, Nirmal, Jagtial, Peddapalli and Bhoopalapally districts

The district comprises 18 mandals and two revenue divisions – Mancherial and Bellampalli. The district headquarters is located at Mancherial town.[4]

History

Administrative divisions

The district will have two revenue divisions of Mancherial, Bellampally and are sub-divided into 18 mandals.[6] R.V.Karnan is the present collector of the district.[7]
