In italics, was the tallest building in Peru, upon its completition.
Banco Continental, opened in 1980 with an estimated height of 80 m but was remodeled and reopened in 2012 reaching 137 m with the spire and 120 without it, making it the tallest building in Peru.
Torre de Lima, the official ceiling height is 102 m, however the structural top reaches an estimated height of 109 m
Westin Libertador, the height of the curtain wall is of 118.55 m, while the engine room officially reaches 120 m
