Gaby (Walser: Goobi; Issime Walser: Überlann, lit. 'Upper Land'; Valdôtain: Gabi) is a town and comune in the Aosta Valley region of northwestern Italy.
The Italian Sunflower Festival is held there during summer. Gaby is home to the 19th century Sanctuary of Vourry.
