The Circar Express is a daily express train run by Indian Railways running from Chengalpattu Junction railway station via Egmore Railway station (Chennai) Tamil Nadu to Kakinada Port railway station (COA) via Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. Main towns on the way are Tiruvottiyur, Nellore, Chirala, Bapatla, Nidubrolu, Tenali, Guntur, Vijayawada, Gudiwada, Bhimavaram, Rajahmundry and Kakinada. The train operates daily and covers a distance of 755 km.[1]

Arrival and departure

Train on:17643 depart from Chengalpattu Junction railway station to Kakinada Port every day at 16:00 hrs.[2] from platform no.9 reaching Kakinada Port the next day at 10:10 hrs.[3] Train no:17644 depart from Kakinada Port every day at 14:20 hrs. reaching Chengalpattu the next day at 08:20 hrs.[4]
