Benipur (Vidhan Sabha constituency) (Hindi: बेनीपुर विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र) is an assembly constituency in Darbhanga district of Bihar, India. It is 30 KM east from Darbhanga city. NH 56 connecting Benipur to Darbhanga City. Neighbor Villages are Balha, Benipur, Karhari, Nandapatti,Ashapur. There is a railway station name "Benipur Balha" which is in Balha Village. Ashapur Tower chowk is heart of benipur.

Benipur (Nagar Parisad (Navtoliya Chairman Surendra Kumar Jha) & Deputy Chairman’s Mohd Zafiruddin khan ward-9(Vidhan Sabha constituency) is part of No. 14 Darbhanga (Lok Sabha constituency).[1]
