Adrenalitis, also called adrenitis, is the inflammation of one or both adrenal glands, which can lead to an insufficiency of adrenaline or noradrenaline.
Types can include:
- Xanthogranulomatous adrenalitis[1]
- Autoimmune adrenalitis (a major cause of Addison's disease)
- Hemorrhagic adrenalitis
