Regular season August 30 - November 10, 2018
Playoffs November 17 - December 15, 2018

The 2018 NCAA Division II football season, part of college football in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division II level, began on August 30, 2018 and will end with the Division II championship on December 15, 2018 at a location to be determined. Originally, the game was awarded to another bid by the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association and Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kansas[1] but, due to field repairs, that contract was terminated in September of 2018.[2] Texas A&M–Commerce Lions are the defending champions from the previous season.[3]
