     Within five days reckoned from the date the royal decree under Paragraph 1 comes into force, the Election Commission shall publish in the Government Gazette the determination of the general election day, which must not be sooner than forty five days, but not later than sixty days, reckoned from the date the said royal decree comes into force.

     Section 5 The Constitution is the supreme law of the Nation. [When] any provision of a law, rule, or regulation or any act is inconsistent or incompatible with the Constitution, such provision or act shall become inapplicable.
