     Section 1602 When any person is deemed to have died by virtue of Section 62 of the present Code, the estate of such person devolves upon his heirs.

     Section 175...If the person who has conducted a juristic act which is voidable dies before the voidable act is avoided, the heir of the said person may avoid such voidable act.
