De Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is een stalen achtbaan in het Amerikaanse attractiepark Magic Kingdom en het Chinese attractiepark Shanghai Disneyland. De officiële opening vond plaats op 28 mei 2014. In de avond van 24 mei 2014 (De avond van Rock your Disney Side, waarbij Magic Kingdom 24 uur open was) was het al mogelijk voor het publiek om in de attractie plaats te nemen. De wachttijd bedroeg die avond gemiddeld 90 minuten. Ook in de dagen daarna was het mogelijk om met de attractie mee te gaan. Vanaf eind april 2014 is het ook mogelijk om FP+ te reserveren voor de attractie op 28 mei 2014. in Shanghai Disneyland is de attractie geopend op 16 juni 2016 gelijk met de opening van het park, De attractie is gebaseerd op de film Sneeuwwitje en de zeven dwergen.

Geschiedenis

Begin 2011 sloot de attractie Snow White's Scary Adventures in het parkdeel Fantasyland om plaats te maken voor een aantal nieuwe attracties die deel uit zouden maken van de grote uitbreiding en renovatie van het betreffende parkdeel. Op de plaats van de oude attractie zouden volgens de allereerste plannen kleinere gebieden komen, gethematiseerd naar de films Assepoester en Doornroosje.

Ritverloop

De stalen achtbaan zal zowel in- en outdoor zijn. Niet zoals andere achtbanen in de Disney-parken, waaronder de California Screamin' en de Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, zal deze achtbaan minder intensief zijn en meer gericht op kinderen. De attractie zal tevens een nieuw ritsysteem bevatten, waarbij het schudden en hobbelen van een mijnkarretje zou worden gesimuleerd.[1]
