Lisdexamfetamine
Lisdexamfetamine wordt gebruikt als geneesmiddel bij de behandeling van ADHD. Lisdexamfetamine is een inactieve prodrug van dexamfetamine. Als lisdexamfetamine na hydrolyse in het lichaam is omgezet tot dexamfetamine heeft dit op het centraal zenuwstelsel een stimulerende werking.[1]
