River Hills, Manitoba

River Hills is a small town on the Whitemouth River in the Rural Municipality of Whitemouth, located in south eastern Manitoba, Canada. This town is located on the eastern boundary of the prairies on the edge of the Canadian Shield region of eastern Manitoba.

River Hills was the original Gateway to the North Whiteshell. Until 1959 there was no bridge over the Whitemouth River at Seven Sisters. The wooden bridge in River Hills was taken out by flood waters in the Spring of 1960. The present bridge was build in 1962!
