Mahendranagar Airport

Mahendranagar Airport (IATA: XMG, ICAO: VNMN) is an airport serving Mahendranagar,[1] a city in the Kanchanpur district of Sudurpashchim Pradesh in western Nepal. The airport is capable to handle aircraft from the Nepalese Army Air Service. It is the main tourist gateway to Shuklaphanta National Park. The airport was opened on 30 December 1973 but is currently not in operation.[2]
