Luolong District
Luolong District (simplified Chinese: 洛龙区; traditional Chinese: 洛龍區; pinyin: Luòlóng Qū) is a district of the city of Luoyang, Henan province, China.

Luolong District is located in the southeast of Luoyang city, backing the Mang Mount, facing the Yi River. The Luolong District was 211 km2 (81 sq mi), population 403,000, in 2012.[1]
