The White Magnolia Plaza is a skyscraper whose construction was earlier suspended, but resumed construction in 2013, and was completed on January 4, 2017.[1] It is located north of the Bund, the historic river-front district of Shanghai, adjacent to the international cruise terminal. The original proposal called for a 388-meter tower, but it was later scaled down to 260m, and then the third and final design was changed to 319.5 meters.[2]
