Vendetta is a 1999 HBO original movie based on actual events that took place in New Orleans on March 14, 1891.[1]

Plot

Nineteen Italian-Americans were accused of the murder of the police chief. After their acquittal, eleven of them were shot or hanged in one of the largest mass lynchings in American history.
