Culture
The Swiss immigration in Colombia has brought much more than immigrants and left much more than its descendants. In addition, education and chocolates from Switzerland came solidarity organizations such as the Red Cross, and cultural icons such as the cable car and the funicular, the architectural and decoration style called 'Swiss' by Victor Schmidt, the clock of the National Park, the coffered ceiling of the theater Colón by Luigi Ramelli, the cinematography of Edwin Göggel, the voice of Martha Senn, the confectionery of the Palace of the Albretch, the acid humor of Karl Troller and other legacies that show that Switzerland has been one of the main sources of quality of life for the country.[1]
