Raj Kumar Saini[1] is an Indian politician. Rajkumar saini (born on 1 July 1953)[2], currently is a Member of Parliament. He is the MP of kurukshetra, Haryana. In 2014 he became a member of 16th Loksabha[3] by defeating 2 times MP from Indian National Congress Naveen Jindal.

Rajkumar saini is a Businessman, a politician and a Socialist who want to serve the Nation by his policies and unique Ideology.

He is the Founder and National President of "Loktantra Suraksha Manch"[4] and launched a party named “Loktanter Suraksha Party”[5] under his guidance. The President of his party is Mr. Shripal Saini[6].

Personal life

Rajkumar Saini[7] was born on 1 July 1953 to a very poor and landless farmers family in "Choti rasol", Ambala(Haryana). He was the eldest of his siblings born to Late Baburam Saini. "Saini's family" belongs to the community, which is categorized as an "Other Backward Class" by the Government of India.

He took responsibilities of his family at the very early age because of the illness of his father who was suffering with acute Asthma. In spite of this he completed his studies and also educated his siblings too. He started farming on others' land to support and feed his family.

From the childhood he dreamt of to travel across India to find the solutions of the problems faced by countrymen so that others don't have to face that struggle. Family responsibilities and his dream to travel the nation encouraged him to do hard work at the very young age.

Initially he plowed the farmes for 16-18hrs. His hardwork and business mind encouraged him to start his own business. He though to buy a Tata Truck on loan from his savings but failed to pucrchase because of the corruption at that time in trucking line. But he purchased a tractor on loan, did a hard graft to make a Big Business Empire. Today he is a Business Tycoon with round about 10,000 employees working for his industry directly or indirectly.

He married to Jaikaur and is blessed with 1 son and 2 daughters.

Political career

His political career started at very young age. At the age of only 24, In 1977 , he became the "Sarpanch" of his GramPanchayat "Badi Rasor".[8] He elected 2 time for the same. Being on the post he encourage the education for all.

In 1983, he became a member of Panchayat Committee , Narayangar, Ambala and discharge his responsibilities honestly.

In 1994, he became a member of District council, Ambala. By this time his business had touched a great height.

In 1996, he upgraded from the district level politics to the next level at the state level and became members of Haryana assembly (Legislators).

From 1997-1999, he took charge of the State Minister (Printing Stationery and Transportation) in the Haryana Government. The Minister of State for Transport, Saini launched a campaign to educate the drivers of trucks and buses, which were highly appreciated in then government.

In 2000, he was made Minister of State, Sports and Transport. While playing the state minister, he campaigned for the promotion of state level players and made so many stadiums to encourage them.

In May 2014, he elected for 16th Lok Sabha from Kurukshetra, Haryana.

In September 2014, he was made a member of the Standing Committee on Industry and the Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Steel and Mining.[9]

At present, he is preparing the ground for 2019 Assembly elections in Haryana for his own party.[10]

Political and Social views

1. 100% Reservation - All castes should be given reservation according to their own proportion., half of it should be reserved for merit holder and rest half for the weaker section . The family who takes the reservation one, their family should not have taken the reservation for next 3 generation.

2. 1 family 1 employment - There should be provision of only one government service in the family, which brings benefits to more and more people.

3. For population control, more than 2 children in one family should be banned.

4. Farmers and laborers should be linked together through MNREGA scheme, to provide more employment to the laborers and to make the workers easily available to the farmers. In this process Rs. 250 will pay by government and Rs.250 will pay by farmer, By this the farmer will get the labor in half price and The labor will get the double amount. Government will run the MNREGA scheme 300 days in a year.

5. Our Government will pay Rs.5000 as pension to senior citizen and handicapped people in Haryana.

6. Our Government will get the SYL water for Haryana through Himachal Pradesh.

7. Rajya Sabha should be terminated[11] - Saini[12] believes that if the people are choosing their people representatives and sending them to Parliament then what the need of peoples nominated from outside in the Rajya Sabha.[13]
