- Two dams in Baghlan Province[6]
- Manogi Power Dam (Approx 1000 MW) in Kunar province to be built in the next 4 years
- Kunar Dam (Approx 300 MW) (in Surtak)[7] in Kunar Province, to be constructed in the next 12 years after 2013.[8]
