Line 10 of the Chengdu Metro (simplified Chinese: 成都地铁10号线; traditional Chinese: 成都地鐵10號線; pinyin: Chéngdū Dìtiě Shí Hào Xiàn) or Airport Express Line (机场快线; 機場快線; Jīchǎng Kuàixiàn) runs from Wuhou District to Shuangliu District/Xinjin County. It starts at Taipingyuan and ends at Airport T2/Nanhe. Its total length is 38.2 km (23.7 mi). Line 10's color is sky. Phase I of Airport Express Line began construction in July 2014 and opened on September 2017. Phase II began construction in 2016 and is expected to be ready by 2020.[2] from Taiping yuan to Airport T2/Nanhe. It is the first line in Chengdu Metro to use 6-car Type A coaches for service.
