Lenešice is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13.71 square kilometres (5.29 sq mi), and has a population of 1,361 (as at 28 August 2006).
Lenešice lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Louny, 37 km (23 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 57 km (35 mi) north-west of Prague.
