Keshavarz (Persian: كشاورز; also Romanized as Keshāvarz; also known as Kashāvar)[2] is a city and capital of Keshavarz District, in Shahin Dezh County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 3,538, in 940 families.[3]

The city is on the Zarrineh River.
