John Richard Bell IV (born May 18, 1979) is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly. He represents the 10th district.[1]
Representative Bell was honored with the "2014 Rising Star" award by the North Carolina House Legislative Partners. In 2015 he was elected by his colleagues to serve as House Majority Whip. He was then elected as the House Majority Leader in 2016.
Bell is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He and his wife have one child.
