Duane R. Hall II is an American attorney and politician. He has served as a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives since 2013.

In 2013, Hall sponsored a successful bill that encouraged mediation between landlords and homeowners associations.[2] He has been a major critic of a 2013 North Carolina voter I.D. law that was passed following Shelby County v. Holder.[3]

Hall considered forming an exploratory committee for U.S. Senate to run against incumbent Senator Richard Burr in 2016, but ultimately did not. Hall is a critic of Burr's positions on military and veteran issues.[4]
