Vehicle registration KA44 Huliyar is a small town in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[1][2] It is located in the Chiknayakanhalli taluk of Tumkur district in Karnataka. at a distance of 90 km from the district tumkur.[3]

As of 2011 India census, Huliyar had a population of 14,304 with 7,084 males and 7,220 females.[1] huliyar is main town of the tumkur district is proposed to taluk but some issue still remain as hobli in future it will make taluk it all facility to available and many govt office and banks are there and connected to tipaturu,Turuvekere,Chikkanayakanahalli, Ajjampura,Hosadurga,Sira,Hiriyuru.
