Follow This is an American documentary television series produced by BuzzFeed. The show was released on Netflix on August 23, 2018.[1] Netflix ordered 20 episodes for the show's first season, initially releasing the first 7 episodes in August 2018,[2] with future episodes scheduled to be released in batches in September and November 2018.[3]

Each episode of the show focuses on a different topic, with episode subjects including intersex, "men's rights", and ASMR.[3][4] Episodes are hosted by BuzzFeed reporters.[5]
