Cayma District is one of the twenty-nine districts of the Arequipa Province in Peru.[1]
it is known as the birthplace of adobo de cites official dish it's also houses the 17th century church and also the place were the Lozada family Arequipa's most prestigious family owners of the biggest hospital in the city lived since their arrival in spain since the 1800s
