Carla Rumaría Rodrigues De Flaviis (born 10 October 1992) is a Venezuelan-Portuguese model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss República Portuguesa 2018. She will represent Portugal at the Miss World 2018.[1]

Personal life

Her hometown is Barquisimeto in Venezuela. She lives in Lisbon. She has a degree in Journalism from European University. She knows Spanish and English very well.

Miss Venezuela 2011

Rodrigues represented Lara at Miss Venezuela 2011 where she placed placed among the Top 10. Meanwhile, the official winner was Irene Esser from Sucre crowned as the 2011 winner and competed at Miss Universe 2012 in Las Vegas, United States where she finished as 2nd Runner-Up behind Janine Tugonon (the Philippines) and winner Olivia Culpo (USA).[2]

Miss República Portuguesa 2018

Rodrigues was crowned Miss World Portugal 2018 at the finale of the Miss Portuguesa 2018 (Miss Portugal 2018) beauty pageant held at Parque Urbano De Rio Tinto in Gondomar on 28th July 2018. She succeeded outgoing Miss República Portuguesa 2017 Filipa Barroso.[3][4]

Miss World 2018

Rodrigues will represent Portugal as Miss World Portugal 2018 at the Miss World 2018 pageant to be held on 8th December 2018 in Sanya, China.
