Calsonic Kansei Corporation (カルソニックカンセイ株式会社 Calsonic Kansei Kabushiki-gaisha) is a Japanese automotive company which has 58 manufacturing centers spread throughout the United States, Poland, South Korea, Mexico, Romania, Thailand, UK, South Africa, India, Spain, China, France and Malaysia.
The corporation was the result of a merger between Calsonic, which specialized in air conditioners and heat exchangers, and gauge maker Kansei in 1999. Nissan increased its shareholding in the company from 27.6 percent to 41.7 percent in January 2005.[3] In November 2016, Nissan confirmed plans to sell its stake to U.S. private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, who later obtained the rest of the company as well in February 2017.

Calsonic is primarily associated with Kazuyoshi Hoshino's Impul team in Japan, sponsoring them since 1987.
Calsonic were announced as a multi year partnership with Formula One racing team McLaren on March 9, 2016.[4]
Calsonic also official radiator cooling supplier for Scuderia Toro Rosso since 2007.
