Anand Singh is an Indian politician from the state of Karnataka. He was the Tourism minister in the Government of Karnataka and was twice elected as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly.[1] He is one of the richest politicians in India. He has been elected for the third consecutive time MLA from Vijayanagara(Hospet) constituency in 2018 state elections. He has assets of Rs1800cr.

Career

He represents the Vijayanagara constituency as a member of the Indian National Congress.[2]

In 2015, Singh was arrested in the Belekeri iron ore scam.[3][4][5]
