AIFF Player of the Year

Sunil Chhetri has been chosen as the AIFF Player of the Year five times, more than any other player.

The AIFF Player of the Year is an annual association football award presented to the best footballer in India over the previous calendar year.[1] It has been awarded by AIFF (All India Football Federation) since 1992. I.M. Vijayan was the inaugural winner. The most recent recipient of the award is Sunil Chhetri, who won the 2017 edition.[2]
