The 2018 Texas Bowl is a college football bowl game that will be played on December 27, 2018.^[1] It will be the 13th edition of the Alamo Bowl, and will be one of the 2018–19 bowl games concluding the 2018 FBS football season. Sponsored by the Academy Sports + Outdoors sporting goods company, the game will be officially known as the Academy Sports + Outdoors Texas Bowl.

Teams

The game will be played between teams from the Big 12 Conference and the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
