The 2018 Gator Bowl is a college football bowl game that will be played on December 31, 2018.[1] It will be the 74th edition of the Gator Bowl, and will be one of the 2018–19 bowl games concluding the 2018 FBS football season. Sponsored by the financial technology company TaxSlayer, the game will be officially known as the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl, after 4 seasons without the "Gator Bowl" name.
Teams
The game will feature a team from the Southeastern Conference (SEC) playing against an ACC team, Big Ten team, or Notre Dame.
